Note: The entities and titles below could provide support to individuals, committees, and/or the Forum as a whole.

Chief of Staff — Supports the coordination of priorities, workflows, and responsibilities and helps ensure that decisions, objectives, and initiatives are carried forward effectively across meetings, activities, and areas of work.

Senior Advisor — Provides high-level strategic counsel, expertise, and guidance on organizational priorities, initiatives, decisions, or areas of responsibility while serving in a non-voting capacity.

Administrator — Provides administrative and logistical support, including scheduling, communications, document management, recordkeeping, and coordination of meetings, activities, and organizational processes.

Executive Secretary — Supports formal operations by preparing meeting materials, maintaining records, documenting decisions and action items, coordinating official correspondence, and helping ensure continuity and follow-through.

Project Manager — Coordinates the planning and execution of designated projects or initiatives, including timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, resources, and collaboration among participating individuals, committees, organizations, and partners.

Legal Advisor — Provides guidance on legal, regulatory, contractual, governance, or compliance matters and identifies issues requiring professional legal review, consultation, or action.

Facilitator — Supports productive, equitable, and inclusive deliberation by helping structure meetings and processes, guide discussions, encourage participation, and assist participants in navigating disagreement, consensus-building, and decision-making.

Institutional Liaison — Coordinates communication, relationships, and collaboration with a particular institution, organization, partner, constituency, or group of stakeholders and helps facilitate the exchange of information between them and the Forum.

Technical Advisor — Provides specialized technical knowledge and guidance, including identifying technical needs, evaluating options and proposed solutions, and advising on the implementation or use of relevant systems, tools, or technologies.

Subject-Matter Expert — Contributes specialized knowledge, experience, or professional expertise on a particular subject relevant to the Forum’s mission, governance, programs, initiatives, or current work.

Special Assistant — Provides direct administrative, research, logistical, communications, or project support and undertakes specific assignments in support of designated leaders, committees, initiatives, or organizational priorities.

Special Advisor — Provides strategic counsel and specialized expertise regarding particular issues, initiatives, decisions, or areas of responsibility and may advise designated leaders, committees, or the Forum as a whole.
